What Rosette is

Rosette is a Stellaria service that lets you define a generated character's identity and produce images, videos, audio and conversations with it, keeping that identity consistent between one generation and the next.

Every character in Rosette is fictional and generated. They do not represent real people, and the service must not be used to imply otherwise.

Who can use it

Rosette is for people over 18 only. By creating an account you declare that you are of legal age to access adult content in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and for everything generated from it.

What is not allowed

These prohibitions are not negotiable. Breaking them means immediate account suspension, without refund, and referral to the authorities where appropriate:

• Uploading a real person's image or face without their explicit consent for this use.

• Generating or attempting to generate content depicting minors, in any context.

• Impersonating a real person, or presenting generated content as authentic.

• Using the service to harass, defame, extort or harm an identifiable person.

• Reselling, redistributing or automating access to the service without written authorisation from Stellaria.

The content you create

You keep the rights to the content you generate with your account, within the limits of these terms and applicable law.

You grant us only the technical licence needed to store it, process it and show it back to you inside the platform. We do not use your content or your reference images to train artificial intelligence models.

You decide what gets published. Content is private by default, and appears in Rosette's public areas only if you publish it there.

Rosets and payments

Rosets are the unit you spend to generate content. Each plan grants a monthly amount, consumed as you generate.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Rosette neither receives nor stores your card details.

Service availability

Rosette is under active development. Features, plan limits and prices may change, and we will tell you about changes affecting a plan you hold before they take effect.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that a generation will produce a particular result: the models are probabilistic and output varies.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from settings. Doing so deletes the associated content, including reference images, as described in the privacy notice.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly the prohibitions concerning real people and minors.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Mexico.
