Produce without a photo shoot.
The same person, every time.

Define a character once and produce with them indefinitely: image, video and voice, with the identity locked and every piece traceable back to the prompt that made it.

Why this is hard

Generating is easy. Repeating is what costs.

01

Every generation returns a different, similar-looking person, and number three hundred is no longer the first one.

02

What comes out right cannot be reproduced: nothing records how it was made.

03

And there is no way to prove what was produced, from what material, or under what permission.

Three pieces, and all three are verifiable.

Versioned canon

The character sheet is the source every prompt comes from. Each field knows whether you wrote it, whether it was extracted from a photo, or whether the system generated it. Editing creates a version; the previous one is recoverable.

Anchor set

Six reference images —nine if the ceiling calls for it— generated in the same session under the same light, travelling with every request. That is what holds the face.

Identity validation

Every generation is compared against its anchors with a bar computed per framing. What doesn't pass is not approved silently.

Every piece knows where it came from.

Alongside each asset we store the literal prompt, the canon version in force, the anchors that were sent and the model that answered. The chain from an asset back to its origin is rebuilt in a single query.

Three ceilings, and the strictest one wins.

The studio's

The cap for the whole house. It stops image, video and voice alike, not only the expensive part.

The avatar's

Each character carries its own, so the one that runs away does not take the others down with it.

Per member

And each person on the team has theirs, so producing too much never depends on somebody remembering.

None of them can be bypassed from the inside. When something sits above, the product says so and does not produce it.

Three plans, with what they actually bring.

11,900 rosets are 1,100 images once the avatars exist. Paying yearly does not lower the monthly allowance —ten months charged, twelve received— and half of whatever you leave unspent rolls into the next month.
